Painting with Light

Adventures with the Bulb exposure control, flash heads, and an LED pen light.

Set camera to “Bulb” at f/32.
Start the exposure (make sure the modeling lights are OFF).
Pop the flash unit ONCE.
Keep the shutter open. Paint desired object with LED light pointed in direction of lens.
To achieve starburst, point the light in the lens during painting.
